Yestday the Progress Report Card went home.

This is not an achievement report card and you will notice that there are no grades given. Teachers have provided you with information about how your child is working towards the learning goals that will be evaluated for the first term report card. The categories of “Progressing Very Well”, “Progressing Well”, or “Progressing with Difficulty” are not predictive of grades students will receive for the first term report card.

Parent involvement is very important for student engagement and success. We urge you to discuss this report card with your child and celebrate the successes. You may also wish to set goals for the remainder of the term.

The morning of Friday, November 7 is set aside for parent-teacher interviews. You may call the school office at 519-578-0400 to book interviews with the teachers. Whenever possible we will try to book interviews with multiple teachers at once. Many of the teachers will also be available on Thursday, November 6 in the evening from 3:00 p.m – 7:30 p.m. If you would rather speak on the phone with your child’s teacher or arrange a different interview time, please call your child at the phone number and extension as listed on the staff tab above.
