This afternoon Waterloo Regional Police Service placed our school in a hold and secure. In a hold and secure situation, the exterior doors of the school are locked and no one is allowed in and out of the building. Classes continue as normal during this time.

Today’s request to hold and secure was the result of an investigation in the area around the school. Police lifted the hold and secure just before 2pm this afternoon.

We thank our staff for keeping our students focused on learning during this time and we are grateful to WRPS for ensuring the safety of our school community.
