The forecast for tomorrow morning is calling for very frigid temperatures.  New WRDSB policies may close schools when the temperature is extremely cold.  Please listen to the radio tomorrow morning just in case schools are closed.

There will be a presentation for all parents/guardians at 6:45 p.m.  to 7:15 on Wednesday Feb 18th  in our library. Learn how marks are developed for your child’s report card. Our School Council meeting will follow at 7:15. All parents are welcome to attend School Council as well. We hope to see you there.

Due to weather, ALL schools are CLOSED today. All Extended Day Programs are closed as well. The Education Centre is open for those who can get there safely.

Due to current weather conditions the Waterloo Region District School Board has cancelled all buses and schools are closed.  Queensmount Senior Public School is closed today.  There is no school.

Potato Fundraiser

Next week, from February 2-6, the Queensmount in Action leadership team  is holding a Potato drive to support kitchener’s  House of Friendship. House of Friendship raises 300,000 pounds of potatoes per year.
